What
is the Red Heels Advisory Team?
The purpose of the Red Heels
Advisory Team is to solicit input, ideas, and
suggestions to guide the continuous improvement
of our Chicks in Red Heels community. The Team plays
an important role in the innovation, development,
and implementation of our initiatives. Quarterly
team meetings are conducted via conference calls to
share information and formulate direction for the
future of the community.
The Team serves every member of
our community by keeping the vision, mission,
and goals of our community foremost in their minds.
Every team member, in essence, acts as a role model
by practicing and demonstrating a deep understanding
of the foundational traits of our
community…unwavering confidence and abundant
capability. Team members are expected to maintain
the highest level of integrity and professionalism
in all that they do.
It is an honor and a distinction
to be on the Red Heels Advisory Team. To be
considered for an advisory team position an
Application
of Intent must be submitted.
Applicants will be assessed on their commitment to
helping members of our community grow. The
applicant’s own growth and experience with boosting
confidence and tapping into abundant capability will
be reviewed. Their vision of how they might
contribute to the community will also be evaluated.
Team members are of any age and have diverse
backgrounds.
We appreciate your interest in
this volunteer role. It is your gift to others.
Your contributions can and will make a
significant difference to those in our community.

Heels Advisory Team member. There are twelve team
member seats. Terms range from 6 months to two
